Refund policy
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers in accordance with § 13 BGB.
RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, My Holy Desire GmbH, Maistrasse 10, 80331 Munich, Germany, info@myholydesire.com, telephone +49 89 90143953, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed model cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
REASONS FOR EXCLUSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of cancellation only applies to items that have not been personalised or modified. The right of withdrawal expires for personalised products.

Irrespective of the right of withdrawal to which you are entitled by law, My Holy Desire GmbH offers you the following voluntary right of return:
All My Holy Desire GmbH products can be returned to My Holy Desire GmbH within 30 days of receipt of the goods. However, the right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and faultless items from which the labels have not been removed. Any loss in value of the goods due to wearing, washing, or causing other signs of use as well as removal of the security label, removal/damage of the original packaging, accessories or similar will therefore result in the return being rejected, as we cannot offer these items for sale again. In this case, the goods will be returned to the customer without a refund of the purchase price.

2.2 The return of the goods shall be effected exclusively by the shipping service provider through which the parcel was delivered (DHL or UPS), whereby the consignment note or label contained in the parcel must be used. 2.3 Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective country of delivery. For example, if the delivery was made to Austria, the return may also only be initiated from Austria.
