Turning the knob tightens the threads connected to the nipple clamps, allowing for stimulation and control of sensitive areas.

Application: 1. Turn the knob clockwise to gently tighten the two steel strings.
2. Carefully pull the knob upwards to release and loosen the threads.
3. Push the knob back to its original position and turn it clockwise again to tighten the strings.
Please note:
If you need to release the collar and traction nipple clamps, please press both steel cords in and pull them out simultaneously.
